Welcome to the Madison School of Professional Development (MSPD). By becoming a member, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Membership Eligibility & Use
1.1. Membership is open to individuals and organizations committed to professional development.
1.2. Members must provide accurate and updated information during registration.
2. Member Benefits
2.1. Members gain access to exclusive resources, events, and networking opportunities.
3. Membership Dues and Cancellations
3.1. Payment & Renewal
3.1.1. Membership dues are required for participation in MSPD and must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
3.1.2. Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis unless the member provides written notice of cancellation in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. By enrolling in a recurring membership, the member authorizes MSPD to charge the designated payment method for the applicable renewal fees, unless and until the membership is canceled."
3.2. Fee Structure & Adjustments
3.2.1. MSPD reserves the right to adjust membership fees. Any changes will be communicated to members at least 30 days in advance.
3.2.2. Special discounts, promotional offers, or scholarships may be available at MSPD’s discretion.
3.3. Late Payments & Non-Payment
3.3.1. Failure to pay dues on time may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
3.3.2. Reinstatement after a lapse in payment may require payment of past-due amounts or a new enrollment fee.
3.4. Refunds & Cancellations
3.4.1. Membership dues are generally non-refundable, except in cases where MSPD determines an exception is warranted.
3.4.2. Members may cancel their membership at any time, but benefits will remain active only through the end of the current paid period.
3.4.3. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing
3.4.4. Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial membership periods, unless required by law.
3.5. Billing Disputes
3.5.1. Members must notify MSPD of any billing discrepancies within 30 days of the charge.
3.5.2. If a dispute arises, MSPD will work to resolve the issue in a timely and fair manner.
4. Termination & Suspension
4.1. MSPD may suspend or terminate membership for violations of these Terms, misconduct, or non-payment of fees.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Members are expected to foster a professional, inclusive, and supportive environment.
5.2. All member interactions should be respectful, constructive, and considerate of diverse perspectives.
5.3. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
5.4. Members are encouraged to engage in meaningful discussions, share knowledge, and contribute positively to the community. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to spamming, offensive language, or personal attacks, may result in removal from events and possible termination of membership. 5.5. Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically.
Unprofessional behavior or actions that may discredit the reputation of the MSPD or its other members may result in termination of membership.
5.6. Confidentiality and intellectual property rights must be respected when discussing sharing or professional content.
5.7. MSPD values collaboration, integrity, and lifelong learning, and we encourage members to uphold these principles in all interactions and

6. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
6.1. All MSPD materials, including workshops and publications, are for personal use and may not be redistributed without permission.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
7.1. MSPD is not responsible for any personal or professional decisions made based on provided resources.
7.2. MSPD does not guarantee specific career outcomes.
8. Amendments
8.1. MSPD reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. General Terms & Agreement
9.1. These Membership Terms of Service are a subset of the overarching Madison Education Group Terms of Service (MEG Terms of Service).
9.2. By becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree to comply with both the Membership Terms and the MEG Terms of Service.
9.3. In the event of any conflict between these Membership Terms and the MEG Terms of Service, the MEG Terms of Service take precedence.
