What is the Madison School of Professional Development?

The Madison School of Professional Development (MSPD) is the professional development division of Madison Education Group (MEG).  The MSPD offers a wide variety of professional development certificates and educational programs.  Programs are delivered predominantly online.  However, the MSPD partners with international providers who provide traditional, face to face program offerings.  The MSPD is also a Professional Organization offering membership opportunities and benefits for working professionals seeking to network, advance their careers, and promote their organization or personal brand.

How do I become a member of the MSPD?

To become a member of the MSPD, simply fill out the online application and set up your monthly dues payment.  Members enjoy a wide range of benefits including such things as discounts on applicable professional development certificates, networking opportunities, and member access to select webinars and other trainings.  You can cancel your membership at any time.

What are the benefits of becoming a member of the MSPD?

What is CCA Certification?

The CCA Certification program is designed to validate and recognize the skills and expertise of coaches. Coaches select a certification cycle, ensuring ongoing compliance with professional standards. Up to four designations can be chosen within the same cycle.

What is ICF Personal Credentialing?

The ICF Personal Credentialing program is meticulously designed to develop and refine coaching skills to the highest level. It involves mentor coaching, which includes detailed coaching and feedback based on observed or recorded sessions to ensure alignment with ICF Core Competencies. This rigorous process, spanning a minimum of three months, allows for deep reflection, practical application, and continuous feedback.
