Our story

Madison Education Group, Inc. (MEG) is incorporated in the state of Florida, USA. The corporation was founded in 2003, known then as American International University. By May of 2005, an evolving mission led to the renaming of the organization to Advantage Education Group. In January of 2007, under new ownership, Madison Education Group was born and MEG has continued to serve both the higher education industry and individual learners through to today.

Today, MEG is headquartered in sunny Melbourne, Florida–just minutes away from the beach and a short drive to many holiday spots and famous attractions. MEG is an international provider of higher education consulting services. MEG also serves as the platform of the Madison School of Professional Development and the Madison Coaching Academy.

Our mission is to provide a platform for the life-long learning opportunities, educational services and systems, personal and professional development across multiple industries, and multi-industry coaching and consulting.

Our goal is to deliver high quality professional services and products with superior customer service and end user satisfaction.

The Madison School of Professional Development (MSPD) offers a diverse set of professional development and personal growth certificate offerings, trainings, webinars, and resources. Whether you are looking for CEUs, some professional growth, or a membership to a professional organization that can help you network, improve your desirability in the job market, and learn—MSPD is for you! Our purpose is to provide high quality, timely, and cost effective personal and professional development opportunities to working professionals.

The MSPD Mission is to provide a diverse set of highly sought after and affordable professional development opportunities and certifications to advance careers and promote lifelong learning.

The Madison Coaching Academy (MCA)

Madison Coaching Academy (MCA) was established as the dedicated coaching division of the Madison Education Group (MEG) - a globally trusted institution committed to professional development, lifelong learning, and transformative education. MEG has been empowering professionals across multiple disciplines for years, and MCA represents the natural evolution of that mission into the world of professional coaching.

MCA was founded on a simple but powerful conviction: that great coaching changes lives. When coaches are trained to the highest international standards, equipped with practical skills, and supported by a credible professional network, they have the capacity to transform individuals, teams, and entire organizations.

Today, MCA offers a comprehensive suite of ICF and CCA accredited coach training programs, a professional coaching services marketplace, and a global coach partnership network - all united by a shared commitment to coaching excellence and ethical practice.
