Welcome to Madison Education Group and the Madison School of Professional Development (hereafter MEG), an international leader in professional development and educational services and products. By enrolling in or using MEG’s or a partner affiliate’s, programs, products, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

MEG offers a variety of consulting services, professional development courses, workshops, and training programs, and information system products and services. 3. Professional Development Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in our courses or programs, you must complete the registration process and pay any applicable fees. Enrollment is subject to availability and MEG reserves the right to refuse registration or admission based on certain criteria.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees for services are outlined on our website or in specific program materials. Payments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided during the registration process. Fees are non-refundable except in cases where MEG cancels a specific service.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing. Refunds will be processed according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which is detailed on our website. MEG reserves the right to modify or cancel programs as needed and will notify participants accordingly.

6. Brand and Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All logos, information systems, course and brand materials provided by MEG are the intellectual property of MEG and/or partner affiliates and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment or violates our policies may result in removal from the course or program without a refund.

8. Data Privacy

MEG is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described.

9. Limitation of Liability

MEG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or program.

MEG reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Partner Affiliate Obligations

14.2 Promotional Materials Affiliates are provided with specific promotional materials, including but not limited to banners, links, and content. Affiliates must use these materials in their original form and must not alter, modify, or create derivative works from them without prior written consent from MEG.

14.3 Compliance with Laws

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising standards, data protection laws, and consumer protection laws. Affiliates must ensure that their promotional practices do not mislead or deceive potential customers.

14.4 Ethical Conduct

Affiliates are expected to conduct their promotional activities ethically and professionally. This includes avoiding any form of false or misleading advertising, making false claims about MEG’s courses or programs, or engaging in practices that could harm MEG’s reputation.

14.5 Use of Affiliate Links

Affiliates must use the provided affiliate links to ensure proper tracking of referrals. Affiliates must not engage in practices such as cookie stuffing, spamming, or any other methods that could artificially inflate referral counts or commissions.

14.6 Reporting and Communication

Affiliates must provide accurate and timely reports as requested by MEG. Affiliates are encouraged to communicate any issues or concerns promptly to ensure the smooth operation of the Affiliate Program.

14.7 Termination

MEG reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service, unethical conduct, or failure to comply with applicable laws. Upon termination, affiliates must cease using all promotional materials and links related to MEG.

14.8 Compensation

Compensation for affiliates will be provided based on the terms specified in the Affiliate Program Agreement, which may include commission rates, payment schedules, and any other relevant details. Affiliates must ensure that they provide accurate payment information and promptly address any payment issues.

14.9 Confidentiality

Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information provided by MEG. This includes information related to our services and any other business operations.

14.10 Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEG from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their promotional activities, including any breaches of these Terms of Service or violations of applicable laws.

14.11 Changes to Program Terms

MEG reserves the right to modify the terms of the Affiliate Program, including commission structures, promotional materials, and other program elements. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Membership Services

15.1 Membership Enrollment

To access certain services and benefits, individuals may choose to enroll in a membership program offered by MEG. Memberships are available in various tiers or levels, each offering different benefits as detailed on our website or in membership materials.

15.2 Membership Benefits

17. Dispute Resolution

17.1 Before initiating formal dispute resolution procedures, parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve any disputes informally through direct communication with MEG in accordance with the Grievance Policy and Procedures as outlined on the website.

17.2 Mediation and Arbitration Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy, which is available on our website.

18. Force Majeure

18.1 Force Majeure MEG will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms of Service due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or governmental actions.

-Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content or materials provided by MEG, except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Service.

-Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content or materials without prior written consent from MEG.

-Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or other technological components provided as part of our services.

-Use the services or content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to unauthorized commercial use or exploitation.

-Transfer or sublicense your rights under this license to any third party.

25.3 Ownership

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with MEG’s services are owned by MEG or its licensors. Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

25.4 Termination of License

MEG reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, including the rights granted under this license, if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services and destroy any materials obtained from MEG.

26. Use of Testimonials

26.1 Grant of Rights

By providing a testimonial, review, or any other form of feedback (“Testimonial”) to MEG, you grant MEG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display your Testimonial in any media format for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.

26.2 No Compensation

You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, royalty, or payment of any kind for the use of your Testimonial, and that MEG is under no obligation to use or publish your Testimonial.

26.3 Representation and Warranties

By submitting a Testimonial, you represent and warrant that:

-You have the right to grant the rights described in this clause.

-Your Testimonial is truthful and based on your own experience.

-The use of your Testimonial by MEG will not infringe upon the rights of any third party or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

26.4 Request for Removal

If you wish to withdraw or request the removal of your Testimonial, you must contact us at info@meg-sped.com. We will make reasonable efforts to remove your Testimonial from future promotional materials but cannot guarantee removal from past materials or archived content.

26.5 No Endorsement

The inclusion of any Testimonial on MEG’s platforms does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the opinions expressed therein. Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of users and may not represent the typical experience of all users.
