ICF Accreditation

Graduating from ICF-accredited programs signifies adherence to the highest educational and ethical standards. It assures clients that their coach is committed to the principles of excellence, integrity, and professionalism. Holding an ICF credential enhances a coach's recognition and credibility, particularly in the corporate sector, where standards are paramount.

What is ICF Personal Credentialing?

The ICF Personal Credentialing program is meticulously designed to develop and refine coaching skills to the highest level. It involves mentor coaching, which includes detailed coaching and feedback based on observed or recorded sessions to ensure alignment with ICF Core Competencies. This rigorous process, spanning a minimum of three months, allows for deep reflection, practical application, and continuous feedback.

Personal Credentialing Levels

- Level 1 Training: 60 to 124 accredited learning hours, designated as Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

- Level 2 Training: 125 to 175 accredited learning hours, designated as Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

The path you choose depends on your current experience and previous coach training hours.

A Word About Accreditation

The ICF is committed to maintaining the highest standards in coaching. As a Level 1 and Level 2 program provider, we ensure that our accredited programs meet stringent standards and requirements, promoting ethical coaching principles. An ICF Credential signifies that a coach has met these high standards, a fact recognized by 85% of coaching clients as crucial for effective coaching relationships.

ICF Mentoring Program Overview

Due to the limited seats available, the ICF Mentoring Program often has a waitlist. Commitment to the program is essential, as dropping out disrupts the cohort. Enrolling requires clearing your schedule and understanding that dropping out forfeits any refund and necessitates paying the full fee to join a future cohort.

The ICF Mentoring Program can be added at sign-up or within three months after starting your program. If unsure whether this program is right for you, we recommend speaking with one of our student advisors.

Legacy Approved Coach Specific Training (ACSTH) Hours

Coaches with legacy ACSTH hours must complete The Bridge Program to align with current credentialing requirements, ensuring their skills meet updated ICF standards.

Level 1 and Level 2 Hours

Coaches with Level 1/Level 2 hours must show proof of completion from an ICF-accredited school to be eligible for credentialing.
