Transcript and Certificate Fees

An official copy of the learner’s Madison transcript or certificate is provided to each graduate with his or her certificate package. There is a $50.00 fee for each additional copy.  All requests for duplicates must be submitted in a letter or online request signed by the learner or graduate and mailed, emailed, or faxed to the Registrar of Madison. The official transcripts will be mailed to the learner. Transcripts mailed outside the USA will require the learner or graduate to pay the actual cost of shipment.    

Each learner can obtain a free unofficial copy of their transcript by using the Unofficial Transcript option under Learner Records and Services on Madison Homepage.  The unofficial transcript can be downloaded at any time during the learners course of study and will contain the most current information that the Registrar’s Office has concerning the learner.
